Made from carefully selected ""Koshi Hikari"" rice and the fresh spring waters of the Fushimi region (Famous place for pure soft water) , for a light fragrant, well balanced sake. ""Kome to Mizu"" means ""Rice and Water,"" pure sake. This versatile sake holds up well with full flavored sushi like mackerel and smoked salmon, but also complements lighter fare such as To-fu and salads. Sky Blue can be enjoyed warm, at room temperature or chilled. Exellent for sake cocktails and infusions.
