Vinification and maturing Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks (18°C) and careful blending under Moreau’s very strict conditions. The cuvée rests over six months before bottling.

Tasting notes A raspberry red colour. An attractive toasted nose of small red fruits. Fat and persistent on the palate. Flavours of acid drops.

Food and wine pairing An easy drinking wine. Ideal with any red meats and all cheeses.
